highly recommend that you consider Mackenzie Adams into your organization. I believe that she
will bring honor to the nursing profession at your organization on any unit.

Mackenzie has been a hardworking student that I respect for her knowledge and integrity.
She is extremely intelligent and has always been prepared for her clinical experience. I believe
she is professionally prepared for this next step in her career. Mackenzie continually seeks out
applicable educational opportunities to better herself in the clinical experience.

During her lab, lecture, and clinical Mackenzie has always demonstrated a genuine
compassionate approach to everyone she encounters by anticipating their needs and always
acting as an advocate. Mackenzie has the ability to transition in times of change and apply her
previous experience as a medical scribe and volunteer. Her passion for nursing is contagious.
Additionally she has logged over 100 hours volunteering opportunities in the hospital setting.

I am proud to have had Mackenzie as a student, and have confidence in the student she is, as
well as the nurse, that she will be.
