To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Lorna Bianco, and I am a Clinical Instructor/Lecturer in the College of Nursing at the
University of Arizona. I teach the Acute and Chronic Illness Management II course in the BSN program. I
am writing regarding Connie Lee. I had the privilege of working with Connie in her third semester critical
care rotation at Tucson Medical Center where she participated in clinical experiences in the CVICU,
Neuro ICU, as well as the PCU and Emergency Room. With her completion of the semester, Connie had
logged two hundred and seventy critical care clinical hours. She provided patient care to an array of
critically ill patients during her semester under my direction.

Throughout the semester Connie was able to fine tune her critical thinking skills while polishing her
clinical skills at the bedside. She consistently put in the necessary work and gave the attention needed in
order to be successful both as a student as well as a budding patient care provider. She holds herself to
a high standard, has the work ethic that cannot be taught, and exhibits an integrity that will guide her
patient care safely and effectively.

Connie has a nurturing disposition that translates to a caring and genuine bedside manner. She would
be an asset to any unit and facility that she is a part of as a new grad nurse. She is a team player but is
also able to work independently without the reliance on direction. She demonstrated the qualities that
make a co-worker that I am proud to work alongside. Please let me know if you would like any
additional information or if there are any questions.

Respectfully,

Lorna M. Bianco MSN, RN
