    Respected Ma’am/ Sir,

    Greetings!

    We as SSG officers would like to interact along with the other club officers and to talk
    about some certain events/plans that will happen this December. The SSG officers would like to
    conduct a meeting along with the other clubs on Monday, December 5, 2022 in the AVR room.
    The meeting will start at 12:30 pm onwards. 

    Each club the President, Vice President, and Secretary should attend the meeting along with
    their club adviser.
