Subject: Request For Quote – Tumolbil Telikom Communication Tower Construction

Rymal Riggers Ltd is pleased to present to Telikom PNG Ltd our quotation for the full construction and
installation of 45 meters Grillage Communication tower in Tumolbil, Telefomin District West Sepik
Province.

Our quotation presented including our project planning gives a real and actual cost scenario of the total
and actual tasks required to actually construct and complete the entire project. Our quotations are
based on actual quotations from service providers especially airline operators for both fixed wing and
helicoptors operating giving services to the project area.

The advantage that Rymal Riggers Ltd has over other service providers is that we are a local company
operating and having offices within Telefomin, Kiunga and Tabubil of Western Province apart from other
locations within Papua New Guinea.

We have a proven track record already in delivering a project for Telikom Ltd within the project area
through then Bmobile back in 2020 whereby we successfully completed building the security fence
around the existing Telikom Tower in Telefomin Station, Telefomin District, WSP. All materials were
flown in through chartering aircraft because there is no road linking the Telefomin District to outside
provinces. The completion certification is attached.

Our team of very talented, experienced and committed riggers, electrical engineers and communication
engineers are ready to prove to Telikom our expertise by ensuring that this project is completed to
fullness.
We would like to re-iterate that Rymal Riggers Ltd have certain advantages over organizations because
of the following factors:

1. We are a local company with local knowledge of how to do business in the area. Specifically we
have relationship with existing aircraft and helicopter service providers. Hence our quotation is
based on actual quotes from service providers.
2. Being local we have a yard and have access to more space in Kiunga for the storage of
containers by which this cost we shall bear saving money in this area.
3. We have existing relationship with locals from the Tumolbil area and have access to Councilors
and LLG Managers to assist us in people management when delivering this project.
4. Apart from aircraft service providers we have relationship with business houses in Kiunga and
furthermore relationship with Ok Tedi Mining Ltd that can be used if required to ensuring the
completion of this project.
5. We have direct access to the Member for Telefomin who is also the co-sponsor for this project.
We can keep him informed on the progress of this project and further more importantly we can
seek his assistance in the event that a need arises.

With local content advantage overwhelming, we would like to reassure Telikom PNG Ltd that we are
committed and will utilize all aspects this advantage to ensure that we deliver for Telikom PNG and
more importantly for the people of Tumolbil who have been without this vital service since PNG gained
independence.
