Unpaid Leave Request

Dear Angel,

As we discussed, I would like to request an unpaid leave for extra time to take
care of my newborn. The date is from January 30, 2023 to February 24, 2023, and I
will return to work on February 27, 2023.

If approved, Monica will cover my workload in my absence. I would also be available

to answer questions and provide assistance while I am on leave.

Please let me know whether you require any additional information. Thank you very
