I, , a Nursing Assistant under the Home Healthcare Department in Al Habib Medical

Group with ID No. applying for a twenty four (24) days extension of my approved
vacation leave set on June 20, 2023 for a period of twenty six (26) days due to personal
and family matters. The family is planning to renovate our ancestral home and a family
reunion right after. I would really appreciate if you grant me this extended leave so that I
can be with my family during those extraordinary occasions. Granting me this extension
will not only benefit me and my family, but also the institution as I can be the best
version of me when I return to work after having the ample time with my family.
