We regret to inform you that the application for Environmental Compliance

Certificate of Megacrown Realty and Development Corporation for its proposed
Blue Belle Homes project located in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Liloan, Cebu, Region VII is
hereby denied without prejudice to resubmission until the issues and concerns
stated below are resolved.

After thorough evaluation of the submitted documents, this Office has found out
that the project area is elevated and considered to be with critical slopes under 3.6.7
[Subdivision and other housing project in areas with critical slopes] of EMB
Memorandum Circular 2014 – 005 resulting to the denial of this application. Since
the thresholds of the project area is more than 5 hectares, it is therefore, required to
prepare an EIS.

Hence, you are advice to apply for an ECC- EIS.
