“REFLECTION”
The proper underwater breathing should only be controlled and right for us as long as we can
survive beneath the water, and this is what the swimming pool trainer will teach our pupils.
Building water comfort is also demonstrated as to how to rise to the side pool after swimming.
These tutorials show us how to float on our fronts safely and confidently. The Superhero float,
the Warrior, and finally the Warrior Lean will all be taught to us. These positions serve as the basis
for the freestyle stroke and teach us how to propel ourselves ahead while maintaining some body
rotation and body balance in the water. Learning to float is a key component of learning to swim.
The ability to rescue oneself is crucial when learning to swim. At the pool, sudden falls into the
water are a common cause of accidents. If they don't know how to float, they will probably start
to panic, which exacerbates the danger.
We will practice rolling from back float to superhero and superhero to back float before linking
them together because good rotations are crucial for swimming. The foundation of our freestyle
stroke, as well as a crucial safety skill, is our ability to rotate neatly to our back to breathe. We can
produce more power because these muscles are among of the strongest in the body, especially
for swimmers. We will study straightforward progressions that integrate the back float and
submersion techniques we must first master in shallow water. We will eventually learn how to
enter the water, come to the surface, and lie back in a relaxing position while remembering and

teach people how to overcome fear by using their mental fortitude and resolve.
Swimming teaches us to set objectives and take all necessary steps to achieve them. None of
us would ever be successful without this drive. We will continue to be motivated and driven to
succeed both inside and outside of the pool for the rest of our lives. Keep going and swim as
frequently as you can to prevent losing your hard-earned skills. Swimming teaches us to set
