Structured warm-up. ~3 cones laid out straight ahead in-front of the players.
Each time a player is instructed to go out to the last cone,
a skill, or strength & conditioning task will be given. Once
the final cone is reached, the player will jog back & form
back into the line. For example, the first drill might be
soloing, then we’d move this into bouncing. Afterwards,
moving into sumo squats, hip rotations, etc.

unoccupied gates to pass through. First, we will allow for
the players to adjust to the game. Then, we will up the
tempo. Forming a game, where the most gates passed
through in a minute, wins.

Attackers vs. defenders work like so, there will be two

cones left out either side of the field. Each fielding equal
teams. A defender will pass the ball to an attacking pair.
Once he initiates the pass he’ll move into a defending
position in-front of the box. His job will be to defend the
posts, ensuring the pair doesn’t pass him. On the other-
hand, the attackers need to use the skill the obtained from
the hand-passing gates with quick snappy passing to pass
the defender with ease. To finalize, the attackers will
either pass out the defender & score, or the defender will
obtain the ball back & cancel out the attack.
Game: Hand-passing end-zone is played like so, there will be two

in distance. Just like a regular game, the players will
attempt to score in the oppositions end-zone. By doing so,
they must hand-pass to their teammate within the end-
zone to score. Most scores after the allocated time wins.
