Observations:
● Communications on Slack not answered within the given time frame
● Email drafted in Simplero wasn’t queued hence not sent to potential clients on
time, potentially losing clients
● Did not reply to client for setting up an appointment as instructed
● Randomly missed changing email reply-to address in emails for automations
in Simplero to reply to support@autismtransformed.com, which says he didn’t
double check his work
● Failing to finish tasks on a timely manner
● Failed and seemed confused during task teach back session, when given 2
full days to prepare and learn how to do the task
● Seemed confused about how to schedule an appointment for a client in an
open slot on the calendar
● Failed to properly login in TD for screen capture.

● Discussed during 1on1 / coaching sessions
● Was given a verbal warning on January 31st
● Held a teach back to clear any gaps
● Luminara held at least 3 1:1 trainings on how to do tasks, with recordings
available
