2) DELIVERY OR PICK UP
ba) Delivery period: Eight weeks or less upon receipt of corresponding down payment, finalization/approval of materials specifications and confirmation of
proposal with duly signed plan/ lay-out.
b) Any change on approved Specifications/Drawings after the start of production shall automatically extend the agreed Delivery date.
3) PRODUCTION
a) Upon completion of 50% down payment, an APPROVED dimension and finishing specifications needs to be signed before Journey Woodblock can start with
actual production.
b) Data/information/Technical specifications shall be given by the buyer for appliances that was incorporated in the plan/design. Should there be Changes
on information provided during plan preparation versus actual, any revision shall be subject to corresponding charges.
c) JOURNEY WOODBLOCK ENTERPRISES cannot be held liable for delay or failure to complete the works caused by the events beyond reasonable control.
4) INSTALLATION
a) Prepare in advance the access/pass to the site if deemed necessary by subdivision or condominiums. Any construction bonds, CARI, Worker ID fees and
other fees due to the work will be shouldered by the client.
b) Re-routing or installation of plumbing (including water, drainage, gas, sewage and the like), electrical works, ducting, removal of existing furniture
and fixtures are not included in the scope of work unless specified.
c) Alterations in the area like relocation or removal of any fixed wall that affects the approved plan is subject to corresponding charges and lead-time
will also be adjusted according to production lead-time.
d) Postponement of installation date shall be advised seven (7) working days prior the scheduled delivery date. Delayed installation will incur storage
fee of 200php/day.
e) Make sure that the walls where the cabinets to be fixed are structurally sound.
f) For installation and safety purposes there will be a joint in any material over 2400mm.
g) Client will provide power and water during on site work.
h) Cabinet fillers and facia Board will range from 50mm and up depending on what JWb deemed enough.
i) If available, kindly connect one (1) JWb installer to the jobsite WiFi or Internet.
5) SERVICE WARRANTY
The warranty for the materials against defects in manufacturing or installation is for seven (7) days after the completion of the work. This service
warranty will only apply if:
a) The contract amount is fully paid. This warranty is considered VOID should there be any remaining balances left unpaid.
b) The products have been properly cared for.
c) The goods were not moved without the company's prior written consent.
d) Any pre-existing condition of the project site is not covered by this warranty.
6) ACCEPTANCE
a) Buyers shall inspect the items within seven (7) days upon delivery and installation. JOURNEY WOODBLOCK guarantees that the materials ordered are free
from defects in material and workmanship and conforms to buyer's specification.
b) A PROJECT ACCEPTANCE for the BUYER’S conformity once the project has been completed.
7) Sales are final and binding. No refund shall be made for cancellation of orders after it has been placed.
8) JOURNEY WOODBLOCK ENTERPRISES, reserves the right to suspend delivery, pull out or dismantle installed products if payment and other conditions here are
not met. Damages and expenses incurred shall be for the buyer/client's account. JWb reserves the right to terminate the contract if deemed necessary. All
deliveries/installed items shall remain the property of JOURNEY WOODBLOCK ENTERPRISES until full payment thereof.
9) Any modification or alteration on any stipulation herein shall be considered as official ONLY IF countersigned by the undersigned. JOURNEY WOODBLOCK
ENTERPRISES reserves the right to cancel your order if pricing error has been made.
