Improve Figure 1-6 to A3-size to show the above-mentioned project components, as well as the open
pit mining areas (ZMCR and Coto sides).

The mill flowsheet in Figure 1-14 needs improvement to show all equipment, such as storage bins,
vibrating screens, and ball mill. It should conform to the description of the milling process (Sec.
1.5.2, pp. 1-33 – 6).

2. Locate in an A3-sized Map the following 17 known Orebodies and provide the Measured and

Pursuant to MGB Memorandum Circular No. 20-010, dated 17 November 2020, the economic
geology report required under DAO No. 2003-30 should be based on the Final Exploration Report
(FER) duly signed by a Competent Geologist or Mining Engineer. Accordingly, submit an FER duly
signed by a Competent Geologist or Mining Engineer.

3. Provide the Care and Maintenance Program (2007).
