Why this Syndrome is interesting

to talk about

Down Syndrome is one of the most common and known syndrome across the world, that
reason being the symptoms and conditions that it cause. This is caused due to the disorder
called trisomy 21 which gives a third or extra chromosome which could not only affect the
physical and mental traits, but also give abnormalities, it’s also hard to be a person with Down
syndrome as they would experience different types of diseases and disabilities, as such being
unable to talk, flattened nose and head, dysfunctional ligaments and bones, etc. They can also
cause diseases as mentioned earlier like the different kinds of cancer most notably Leukemia
(which is a type of blood cancer). Another fact is that people with down syndrome would look
similar to other people with the same disorder/disease usually because of the flattened head
and nose as well as the neck. It’s also worth noting that the person born with Down Syndrome
doesn’t actually inherit the trait from the parent nor is the parent affected by this either, for
simplicity they don’t get this from the parent. Because it only happens randomly to the
chromosome, and the chromosome won’t affect the newborn child as well.

How can the government take care of this

Syndrome?

They (even us) should treat them like us, a normal life for them to enjoy so that they can live
alive, then we should help them learn more about this world as they might also live a short life
due to syndrome and their symptons. and finally give them more attention, don’t treat them as
if they are special, treat them normally for what is best.
