Explain the following Benefits of Exercise and
Physical Activity. (3 pts each)

1. Reduce the risk of premature death.


-Exercise and physical activities reduces the risk of premature death as it
entertains and encourages the body to be more active and keeps the heart
pumping more steadily and healthily that prevents cardiovascular related diseases
that often happen when one does not participate in physical activities.

2. Reduce the risk of developing diabetes.


-By exercising and doing a healthy diet, you reduce the risk of developing two
types of diabetes and exercise and physical activities also helps the body’s insulin
and managing the body’s blood sugar level that causes Diabetes.

3. Improve psychological well-being.


-Exercise uses different part of our body such as our bones, muscles and heart
that are well connected to our brain and in that process, each time we do an
exercise, our brain produces chemicals that boosts our mood and make us feel
happier.
B.
Explain the following Benefits of Wellness.(3 pts each)

1. Increased energy.
-Having a good wellness improves our body keeping our body in optimal
condition and health that allows us to do our daily lives and being to perform
longer and having a more healthy body.

2. Improves self-esteem.
-Reason why welness improves our self-esteem because of our mindset of that
doing exercise reduces our fats and could maintain our body, not only in a healthy
way but also improves our physical look thus gaining self confidence as not we are
only healthy but we also look good.
