EAGLE VICTOR FLORES

Member, Manila-Clark Eagles Club

Sir:

It has come to my attention as president, that you have not renewed your membership for two
(2) years at Manila-Clark Eagles Club (MCEC) nor have you settled your financial obligations as member.
It was also noted that you have not attended regular meetings as announced by the club secretary.

As a consequence, your membership in the club is deemed deactivated as stated in Book 8,

Chapter 1, Section 5 of Philippine Eagles Magna Carta.

Should you wish to transfer to other clubs of Philippine Eagles Affiliates for your convenience,
you are advised to do it at your own free will following transfer procedures. (Refer to Book 8, Chapter 1,
Section 16 of Phil. Eagles Magna Carta.)

Respectfully yours,
