More and more people are moving away from an agricultural

background to relocate to cities to look for work. What will be the

consequences of this? What solutions can you offer?

Money is one of the essential things which every individual craves for.
People from village areas go to cities to chase their dreams and earn much
money. Some people think that individuals moving from villages to the
cities can lead to many consequences. In this essay, we will see the
implications and solution that alleviates the same.

To begin with, for people from agricultural backgrounds, earnings are

meager, due to which the family thinks of sending their children to the town
to earn more for the betterment of the family. The prices of the manure and
the pesticides have become very expensive, due to which the savings
amount has been reduced.

In addition, few families think that their children should not do the
hardships, so they try to send their children to learn some soft skills and
earn good money in the bigger cities.

Because of these situations, many youngsters are sent to the cities. The
older population cannot invest their physical strength in the larger areas to
cultivate the crops, which means instead of harvesting the land of 10 acres,
they are focusing on 50 acres. Therefore, the production of food will be
reduced.

The government should try to reduce the prices of pesticides, manure, and
the appliances required for agriculture. The government should promote
organic manure, which may help to reduce the cost of the supplements
needed for the growth of the crops. They should also encourage youth to
start a business in the village to earn money in their native instead of
leaving their birthplace and adapting to the new city life.
The farmers and their families should be educated and complimented for
their work of filling the stomach of others and encouraging business
developments in remote areas.
