health, safety and environmental management procedures.
 Responsible for basic health safety and security aspects of the work to be resolved and
fixed with the client HSE organization.
 Permit to work oriented such as Hot Work, Cold Work, and Confined Space work Permit.
 Assisted in this task by the contractors & subcontractors safety officers. My main tasks
are to:
 Prepare Risk Assessments / Job Safety Analysis for various activities.
 Perform daily inspection at site to verify conformance with the approved HSE
program.
 Issue instructions to correct any unsafe conditions.
 Implementation and follow-up corrective actions.
 Performing regular audits to monitor the effectiveness of the system.
 Chair the weekly safety meetings with the safety personnel and instructors and / or
advices the work safely.
 Participate in the accident investigation.
 Participate in people training.
 Obtain from contractors & subcontractors, in the conjunction with the site manager,
a satisfactory cleanliness / housekeeping of the site..
 Lead project safety meetings and drive closure of all action items.
