Dear DESSA MAE,

We are pleased to inform you that you are have successfully passed all the requirements and account-specific assessment of ATS at
Clark.

In line with this, please be advised of the training schedule of your new program:

New Program: ATS

Training Start Date: May 20

The above transfer is consistent with the Concentrix’s management prerogative as an employer to assign work and transfer its
employees within its organization subject to the requirements of the business.

You will continue to be an employee only of the Concentrix company/entity (under which you are employed) and your existing
employment contract will remain in force in all respects, except as otherwise provided in this letter. As such, your tenure with Concentrix
shall be uninterrupted and you shall continue to receive all the salaries, allowances, leaves, and other employee benefits provided by
Concentrix immediately prior to this date. This assignment shall not entitle you to any additional salaries, allowances, leaves, and other
employee benefits you were not previously receiving or any double pay or benefits, unless otherwise specified herein. Your new
Complexity Allowance, which as you know is not a fixed but only a temporary allowance dependent on your program assignment, will
be duly communicated to you and shall apply while you are assigned to your new program.

You will remain subject to the prevailing Concentrix policies and should be responsible in ensuring you are aware of them. All the
consent forms you have executed insofar as data processing, etc. shall remain in effect. Your assignment shall also be governed by
relevant transfer and secondment processes of Concentrix.

In case of any changes in your start date upon formal notice and/or through any of the traditional channels including but not limited to
SMS, email, Viber, Facebook, etc., which sets your start date to an earlier or later date, you are mandated to comply thereto. Please
be aware that failure to comply with any of the Concentrix’s valid directive may result to a disciplinary action under our code of discipline
and ethics upon due notice.
