ABOUT US
❖ Team Mechnext Racing is an independent student
organization of JC Bose University of Science &
Technology YMCA, Faridabad.

❖ Comprising of 25 most talented students from

multidisciplinary engineering background united by
a common ambition of building a sustainable ALL
TERRAIN VEHICLE(ATV). Keeping abreast with
innovation industrial technologies and developing a
methodical and systematic way for transfer of
knowledge to succeeding generations thereby
maintaining an organic environment within the
university for students to BUILD & INNOVATE.

 THE EVENT
❖ T h e BAJA SAE Series is an event fo r t h e
undergraduate engineering students, organized globally
by t h e Society of Automotive Engineers, U S A .

❖ T h e event originated in t h e year 1976. Since then, t h

e Event has spanned across six countries USA, Mexico,
South Africa, Korea, Brazil and India.
❖ BAJA SAE India is t h e Indian edition of SAE BAJA
which is organized by the Mahindra group in
collaboration
with ARAI, Bharat Petroleum and t h e Anand Group.
❖ T h e event is carried out in 2 legs-mBAJA Indore and
EBAJA. This event sees a participation of more than 250
teams from colleges all over the country.

Building an all terrain vehicle that live up to the
demand of an off road rider and can compete
head on with top team across the world.

Aim to revolutionize mobility industry in India
by not only producing industry oriented
engineers but also striving for accelerated
growth of technological innovations in the
domain.

✓ 6 Phase PMSM DC motor is used with
peak power 7.6kW .
✓ Li-Ion battery with capacity 120Ah
✓ Overall efficiency of 97% with a range
of 78Km
✓ Max speed 51kmph and acceleration

 JOURNEY SO FAR
In 2015 this journey of making ATV begins
with a dream to revolutionize the way ATV’s
are looked at and since then every year we
fabricate an all terrain vehicle best of its last
versions that has more enhanced safety and
performance features. Every year we participate
in BAJA SAEINDIA and ATVC to compete with
teams across India. This year we came up
with our first electric ATV which is 8th vehicle
fabricated by team and participated in eBAJA
and ATVC .

 WHAT’S NEXT?
So continuing the legacy we are fabricating our next electric ATV for Baja 2024 with our custom battery pack
and advanced display features, with more energy and more consistency, striving for glory the hunger of
winning with dream to reach podium continues.

Besides Baja there are other national level championships for ATVs such as ATVC, MegaATV, ESI, FMAE etc. and
we look forward to participate in such events.
