CHAPTER I: DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

THEME: Calming, Green, nature-like vibe

As we have mentioned in our company name description, we visualize to provide our guests
with a hotel that is closer to nature, because nature provides a calming atmosphere, that we assure our
guests that stress-relief is indeed attainable, just by purchasing our hotel services.

MISSION

The Moserene Grandeur Hotel's aim is to provide outstanding guest services that meet and
exceed visitors' needs and expectations. Offering the Moserene Grandeur a venue for experiences,
families and friends, enjoyable gatherings, nature lover and spectacular festivities is our goal.

VISION

Our vision is to continuously develop environmentally friendly innovations and procedures in


order to sustain a balance with nature while meeting the needs of the 21st century. While heritage is an
attest to our success, we also want to embrace the advancements that modern time brings in order to
become more appealing in the market and more fascinating to our guests and collaborators.

OBJECTIVE

At Moserene Grandeur, we make it our mission to give our guests with the sort of relaxation
they require, allowing them to decompress from the stresses of daily life in the company of their loved
ones. In addition to this, one of our goals is to introduce our visitors to the concept of developing a
passion for nature, so that they may take pleasure in the outdoors while also helping to preserve it in a
way that is amusing and satisfying to them.

COMPANY NAME: MOSERENE GRANDEUR


The group decided to take inspiration from our topic, nature, while coming up with the name
Moserene Grandeur. The name "moserene" comes from the word "serene," which means "marked by or
suggesting utter calm and unruffled repose or quietness." Moserene was named after this quality.
Something can be said to have grandeur if it is brilliant or majestic, such as a concept that is very high or
a building that is very stunning. We imagine that when guests stay at our hotel, they will get the sense
that they are one with nature since it will have a broad variety of grass fields, which are known to help
relax the mind, and it will be very peaceful, which will help them focus while also allowing them to be
carefree. In addition, we encourage people to live in harmony with the natural world, and one of the
ways we hope to do this is by growing some of our own food and serving it to our clients. We plan to
have a specific space set aside where we can cultivate our own plants, which we will then harvest and
prepare for them.

The name "Moserene" is a combination formed from the terms "Moss" and "serene," and it was
chosen so that visitors to our establishment would immediately experience the ambiance and be able to
recall it with ease due to its one-of-a-kind character. We are committed to providing an environment in
which visitors may feel at ease, relax, and unwind. Lastly, we strive to be a hotel that is known for its
magnificence and impressiveness, thus grandeur is an important quality for us.

because, in keeping with the theme of our hotel,

sense of tranquility here as a result of the surrounding
environment, but you can also rest here and take in the
sights of the vast farm that can always be seen  in
province  where the farm animals can be seen roaming
free.

The Moserene Grandeur is a hotel that will be built on a farm property that is 1.7 hectares in
size and will be located in Langkaan, Dasmarinas, Cavite. The hotel will provide a broad variety of
activities despite the relatively small area of its lot. Our services are available to a wide range of
customers, including lone adventurers, couples, groups of friends, and even entire families. A staycation
at our establishment will provide visitors with the opportunity to experience not only a staycation with
high-tech features and conveniences, but also a staycation that will transport them to the more tranquil
side of the city.

SIZE, SCOPE, AND NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our products and services have been developed in accordance with the natural setting that our
hotel provides. As a result, it is thought that these goods and services include activities such as
horseback riding, planting, pot-making, swimming, spa, and a great deal of other activities that various
kinds of guests, depending on their preferences, may take satisfaction in.

People from neighboring cities such as Trece Martires, General Trias, and Tagaytay, as well as
those who live in Laguna and Manila, may be able to stay at our hotel. Because our hotel can
accommodate guests of varying ages, we strive to be as accommodating as possible. As a result of the
fact that the services we provide are not very high-tech but rather focus on providing enjoyment in a
natural setting, we are priced so that individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds may afford our
company.

In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the influence it has had on financing and
developing trends in the hotel sector, it may be good to study the fundamental principles of hospitality
properties and go through the life cycle of a hotel or other lodging establishment. It is my hope that
both seasoned hospitality workers and students who are interested in entering the industry would find
