where we build our products of imagination into life and make
things realistic. It shows are desire in fantastic world that
give us power to create our own world and share the beauty of it
to others.

We came up with the name "Suites Mauveine" as being inspired by


the first synthetic dye's which is 'Mauveine’, its symbolize
power and nature of our hotel. Our hotel focuses on providing an
out of this world vibes in each room we have so that's why we
came with the word 'Suites' which also represent our number one
goals that is to give the best staycation for everyone. Also, the
color Mauveine represents the Toms River: A Story of Science and
Salvation, which is said “The deep reddish purple of Caesar and
Heracles, hue of power and wealth". Our hotel end with the name
"Suites Mauveine" as symbolizing the nature of our hotel.

Brief Description of the Project

Hotels business are all over the world but with our Suites
Mauveine will create new hotels that are more exciting either
with kids or elders because of the magical vibes it brings here
in the Philippines. Our hotel is mostly animated in terms of
furniture, materials, arts, design and more but it also has an
ambience that everyone will love. We have different themes for
each suite. Those styles will surely achieve the expectations of
our target market such as suites with marvel themes, princess
themes, jungle themes, moon space themes, animation themes, and
so on. We also have a classic room for those who want simple yet
elegant style. We also have rooms exclusively for kids where they
can dress as their favorite character while having fun. We also
have a swimming pool, restaurants, bars, event halls which are
also in a theme style according to the taste of customers and how
they want it to look like and more exclusively rooms where
everyone will enjoy and watch the scenery. We also offer
activities for those who like adventures, thrilled, and learning.
With the Services that we provided; we assure that they will love

to give you the best we can do and gives an unforgettable
experience for everyone.

Our hotel helps to stem from a long history and development in
the field of hospitality provision. Our hotel can also hold
events, and can open for occasional programs. Thus, it is a

the eldest daughter of Cristina DC.
Cunanan, and she was born on February 5,
2002. She finished Junior High School at
Starland International School, and
currently a Senior High School student at
Juan R. Liwag Memorial High School. She is
an aspiring Licensed Psychologist and a
future business owner.

Reyes, Jhet Lee D. He is one of the 12


proponents of Suites Mauveine. He is the
youngest son of Mr. Ronaldo Reyes and Mrs.
Evelyn Reyes. He was born on 20th of
September 2004. He is currently residing at
Sto. Cristo Norte, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija.
He completed Junior High School at Juan R.
Liwag Memorial High School. His ambition is
to become successful in life and finish his
studies.

Sanchez, Dale Andrei F. He is one of the 12


proponents of Suites Mauveine. Eldest son of
Mrs. Arlene F Sanchez and Mr. Adonis C.
Sanchez, He was born on September 9, 2004, in
Gapan City. Finished my elementary in Mallorca
Elementary School and graduated high school at
Tagumpay Nagaño High School (Special Science Class). His dream is
to graduate College with a degree, so that he can help my parents
and start to work on my field efficiently.

of the 12 proponents of Suites Mauveine.
She was born on December 6, 2004, at
Cabanatuan City. Chiarren Crislin is the
daughter of Mrs. Carolina Cunanan. She
graduated from elementary in Starland
International School (SIS), took
Alternative Learning System (ALS) and

from Brgy. Mambangnan, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija.

Vallada, Justine Rean S. He is one of the


12 Proponents of Suites Mauveine. He was
born on March 3, 2005, at Gapan City
Nueva Ecija, Justine is the son of Mrs.
Sherry Anne P. Santiago and Mr. Reynaldo
D.C Vallada. He graduated from St.
Raphaela Mary School (SRMS) and completed
junior and senior high school at Juan R
Liwag Memorial High School (JRLMHS). He is from Purok 3,
Baranggay Sto Cristo Sur Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. His ambition is
to be a successful man and to be a Marketing Associate/Business
Man.

Catabas, Catherine L. She is one of the 12


proponents of Suites Mauveine. Daughter of
Mr. Cenon Catabas & Mrs. Emily Catabas. She
was born on September 24,2004 in Peñaranda
Nueva Ecija. She graduated at Peñaranda
National Highschool and Senior highschool
at Juan R Liwag Memorial Highschool-Senior
Highschool. The type of person who's
ambitious and driven to be a successful
person someday and not afraid to take a
risk.

Calma, Keshlur James P. He is one of the


12 proponents of Suites Mauveine. He is
the youngest child of Mrs. Liezl and Mr.
Joselito Calma. Born on September 8,
2004, He graduated from elementary in
Mangino Elementary School and completed
junior and senior high school at Juan R.
Liwag Memorial High School (JRLMHS). He
is from Purok 6, Mangino Gapan City,

Perez, Joyce DV. She is one of the 12


proponents of Suites Mauveine. She was
born on March 19, 2005, currently 18
years old. A daughter of Mr Alejandro
Perez and Mrs. Grace De Villa. Live in

completed junior High in Pambuan
national High School (PNHS) and senior high school at Juan R
Liwag Memorial High School (JRLMHS). He is from Purok 1, Curva
Santa Cruz Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. Hes ambition is to be a
successful man and to be a professional teacher.
Victorio, Jarrel Kristoffer P. He is one
of the 12 proponents of Suites Mauveine.
He is the youngest son of Mr. Joselito P.
Victorio and Maria Sharon P. Victorio, He
was born on January 14, 2004, in Gapan
City Nueva Ecija. Finished my elementary
in Gapan South Central School and
graduated high school at Juan R. Liwag

Villegas, Tricia Mae A. She's one of the


12 proponents of Suites Mauveine. A grade
12 students under the academic track of
Accountancy, Business and Management. She
live in San Vicente, Gapan City. She is the
daughter of Marly A. Villegas and Henry M.
Villegas. She completed Junior High School
at Juan R Liwag Memorial High School. She's
aspiring hotelier who want to fullfil what
her heart desires which is to show the

performing tasks and duties. This business needs skilled workers
to supervise and manage the business and those are the following:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or President -- This person will be
the driving force behind the company; he or she will make things
happen, put together the resources to support the company and
take the product to the marketplace.

Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vice President of Operations or


General Manager -- Whether called an organizer, an inside manager
or an operations person, this person is the one who will make
sure company operations flow smoothly and economically. He or she

recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-
quality dishes. You should be able to
delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure
meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also,
you should be familiar with sanitation
regulations.
Dishwasher A Dishwasher is a professional who is
responsible for cleaning dishes in a

Bell boy His/Her duties include greeting
guests/customers, directing them to the

organize and maintain guest rooms and other

affordable, and worth for. It is inspired for a uniqueness hotel
rooms unlike the other hotels exist. It have 3 types of rooms, a
regular, a deluxe, and a fantasy themed. For the foods, we have a
buffet for a breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also offer a food
delivery to your rooms in case you don’t have a time to join in
our buffet offer. We have a additional activities for our
customers, we have a billiards and bowling. And for toddlers, we
have a playground besides our pool for them to enjoy their
staycation in our hotels. Our Suites Mauveine can offer a good
quality rooms and services for our customers. It will give you a
relaxing view and comfortable rooms for you to have a wonderful
stay. It was located at San Vicente Road, La Union, Nueva Ecija.
In our place we have two (2) competitors, which is Villa Leticia
and Wil-Jan who was a more likely an old hotel accommodation in
the place who have a good review from customers.

We chose to be located here because it is near at the beach and


good tourist spot in the area. There’s a lot of costumers that
surely will support our business and help it to be successful.

Our target market is tourist, family, friends, and couples


because our hotel will help them in terms of accommodation. It
will help them to stay at the place wherein they don’t need to
worry about their safety and for the expenses. We will make sure
that our Suites Mauveine will give you the relaxing place that
you want and expected.

And also, we have a buffet food for our customers that surely
they will enjoy because of its deliciousness. For breakfast, for
lunch, for dinner, and even for snacks. It is all made with good
and clean procedures and a healthy food. We offer a different
type of foods, for you to feel special and try to taste the other

In our business in Dingalan Aurora Road, San Vicente, La Union


Nueva Ecija, we don’t have competitors yet because we can call it
a hidden place and because of that, we use this opportunity to
make a hotel here in this place for the tourist or customers to

satisfaction will get, and the safety will be serve. The honor of
being the only one hotel in our area, we were assuring the
customers that it will be great vacation for them. Suites
