I. Company Vision and Mission Statements and Evaluation

1. Solaire Resort and Casino

Vision
To deliver exceptional experiences in a harmonious environment
where everyone feels at home. Solaire’s success results in valuable investments
and career opportunities, establishing the Philippines as a premier tourist destination.

Mission
Solaire becomes the only Filipino-owned luxury brand in the integrated
resort industry to be the most preferred globally.

Evaluation
Regarding the vision and purpose statement of Solaire, I can see that one of their goals is to
demonstrate their worth to the customers that stay at the hotel. I also noticed that they are
focused on their luxury branding, but at the same time, they promise that everyone is welcome
and that they will have the impression that they are a part of their environment. In my opinion,
this is the kind of behavior that a genuine hospitality industry company ought to exhibit.

2. Hilton Hotels and Resorts

Vision
To be the most hospitable company in the world – by creating heartfelt
experiences for Guests, meaningful opportunities for Team Members,
high value for owners and a positive impact in our communities.

Mission
To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

Evaluation
The fundamental objective of Hilton Hotels is to provide unforgettable experiences for
everyone it interacts with, particularly through its exceptional services. The Hilton hotel has a
mission that simplifies all it does into a single concept: hospitality. Along with its basic beliefs,
this organization acknowledges the impact that being courteous and professional can have on
society as a whole and on its own brand. Even though the mission statement is brief, Hilton's
vision statement makes clear the company's commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's
possible in the hospitality sector. That's why the firm always innovated and stayed current.

3. Discovery Hospitality

Vision
To create memorable experiences and enrich people's lives in a World of Discovery.

Mission
To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

Evaluation
Brief as it is, the company's stated goal is for customers to experience its unique approach
to service. Just now I realized they don't make it entirely clear to workers that they are, in fact,
part of the corporation. Since tourism is a flourishing sector and the company should keep up
with the rapid advancements in technology, the nine main components failed to convey the
organization's concern for survival, expansion, and profitability.

4. Yolo Travels Philippines

Vision
We foresee offering tour assistance to millions of adventurers across the world.
We foresee providing broader knowledge and awareness to our clients with regards to
sustainability. We foresee reaching out to first time explorers by providing them with many
memorable moments. We foresee corporate and regional offices to help facilitate the
infrastructure of the business. We foresee a system of skilled representatives and other staff
agents to meet the various desires for all travel services offered.

Mission
To provide public and ecologically responsible succeeding tourism solution in Philippines,
fulfilling the desires of our clienteles, surpassing their expectations and turning their holiday
into a notable experience. Our objective is to offer the most diverse range of enriching
Philippine travel experiences for individuals and groups for any selective private, leisure or
corporate tourist and conference and incentive groups.

Evaluation
Yolo Travel has a crystal-clear vision and goal statement since they include all nine
essential elements. Both the customer and the employee were given priority. They also stated
their commitment to meeting customers' expectations and the importance they have on taking
full accountability for their actions within the organization.

5. Marco Polo Hotels


Vision
We are committed to provide a 360-degree integrated hotel management service that creates
exceptional value. Our people embody the Niccolo & Marco Polo Spirit to explore, discover,
experience and journey beyond.

Mission
Exceptional and personalized service, exceeding expectations, and inspiring a connection to our
brand in the experiences we provide.

Evaluation
The vision statement of Marco Polo is brief, but they want us to know that their firm
provides outstanding service and that they recognize that value can be produced with every
interaction, which is represented in our superior standard of service. As a team, they are
expected to provide their individual experience, creativity, and love for their business. Thus,
they can observe the organization's core self-concept. They added constant improvement to
their list of key values. They intend to continuously enhance their management practices and
product and service quality.
