The rst 20 hours how to learn anything

Josh Kaufman

The major barrier to skill acquisition isn’t intellectual, it is emotional

I really like the video, I loved how Josh explained how to learn

and experience a new skill in 20 hours. His way of thinking and

how he moves to a new topic is fascinating. I learned from him

the methods to rapid skill acquisition and de nitely I’m going to

use this method in learning a new skill. I loved at the end when

he played the ukulele and recount his experience with it. The

video nished very fast tho it was 20 minutes but I think because

it was very wonderful, interesting and inspiring.

1/ Tremendous: very great in amount

2/ Acquisition: The learning or developing of a skill, habit, or

quality

3/ Procrastinate: Delay or postpone action.

I learned how to speak in con dence in front of huge
amount of people and I learned also how to enjoy learning
new things. I learned the method to rapid acquisition and I
learned that not all the things that work with you must work
with others and vice versa. I learned that if I want to focus
on my goal, I have to remove all things that distract me
from practicing and learning. I learned a very important
thing, not to always listen to people and I have to do want I
love to. I learned that not all people have the same point of
view, people might di er in many things in life. I learned
how to decide what really suits you, you have to try and try
to gure out whether it suits you or not.

I learned that most people have di erent interests and not

all of them are the same, so I have to respect others
opinion and interest.
I highly recommend watching this video and learn
from it. I recommend it because it talks about how to
rapid skill acquisition. And this method is very
important for those who want to improve their self
and learn a new skill in a speci c time. It develops in
you the con dence while speaking to others. It helps
you to increase your self determination. I found that
this video is very inspiring to people. Anyone can
start to achieve any goal with just a little practice and
motivation and leaving the fear behind, use fear as a
focus to achieve your goal not to prevent it. I loved
how Josh encourage the listeners or the watchers to
avoid procrastination.

The video made me feel very relaxed and made me

gain a lot of patience and also made me feel that I
have to improve myself to a better thing.
