The Descriptive Findings of the Study shows the level of the Personal Information,
Awareness of Implementation of Health and Safety Protocols, Compliance to Health and Safety
Protocols of the Junior High School Learners. For this categories, Frequency, Percentage Means
and Standard Deviations were employed.
Learners was used to determine whether or not there existed a significant relationship
between and among the perceived personal information, awareness of implementation of
health and safety protocols. The 0.05 level of significance was adopted in accepting or rejecting
the null hypothesis.

Take 3 shows that respondent from Grade 10 had the highest mean and respondent
from Grade 8 had the lowest mean percentage. In terms of Standard Deviation respondent
from grade 9 had the highest percentage while respondents from Grade 7 had the lowest
percentage in Standard Deviation. Therefore, there are significant difference existing between
Mean and Standard Deviation when respondents of this study are classified according to their
grade levels.
