Dr. Susi Pudjiastuti is a former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries
from the 2014-2019 Working Cabinet who was born on January 15, 1965 in
Pangandaran, West Java. In 2022, he will be 57 years old. She is the mother of
3 children.

Susi Pudjiastuti is included in the category of brave women. As someone who


was inaugurated as Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in 2014-2019
by President Joko Widodo, his career has reaped many achievements.

But who would have thought, before becoming the Minister of Maritime
Affairs and Fisheries, Susi Pudjiastuti was an educated up to junior high
school and after that became a fish trader in Pangandaran. His life story is an
example of the tenacity that led him to the pinnacle of success he is today.

Susi Pudjiastuti is a controversial figure. His strong determination to become


an entrepreneur made him reluctant to continue his education to high school.
After graduating from junior high school, he decided to enter the business
world by becoming a fish collector in Pangandaran in 1983. With a capital of
Rp. The 750,000 he raised from selling his jewelery made him successful in
growing his business.

In 1996 he established a fish processing factory PT ASI Pudjiastuti Marine


Product with a superior product in the form of lobster with the Susi Brand
brand and was successful in the Asian and American markets.

In addition, in 2004 he managed to buy a Cessna Caravan and founded a


company called PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation.

As a woman who dares to face various obstacles in life, she managed to bring
a series of awards for Susi Pudjiastuti, these awards include:
