Comprehension Questions: Answer the following questions. Write your

answers in the spaces provided.

The author wanted to tell its audience that in order to proceed for the bigger change, we must
realize first the importance of the smaller picture, which is ourselves. Change is the only thing in this
world that is constant. However, there are 2 different kinds of change and that is the change for the
better or
better or the change because something bad happened in the past. In this story, the change we are
talking about is the change for the betterment. In which the author wanted to change the world the
way he wants it to be, but soon realized how hard it is to change the bigger perspective, which is
why gradually
why gradually, he minimizes the scope of his wanted change. Just when he realized that the real
change should start with ourselves, was too late for him. That is why he wanted to tell his
realizations of change for us to realize that if we really wanted a change, start it by changing
ourselves.

It is to inform everyone how important it is to understand the concept of change. To help us realize
that there is such a thing called “too late”. And for us to be able to live a life that may not be in our
favor sometimes, but is lived well, spent well, and regretless with the things we have done.
