Action Plan

Goal:
Provide students access to pencils in class by installing pencil dispensing machines throughout the school. This will be done by
installing 24 pencil dispensers throughout the school pods/classrooms and purchasing 3,000 pencils to begin.
Objectives:
1. The school will purchase 20 pencil dispensers at $30 dollars a piece and 3 packs of 1,000 pencils at $70 dollars a box.

2. Custodians will install the dispenser in the think rooms. There will be 2 dispensers per pod and 2 at the arts building band
and choir room.

3. An email will need to be sent to all the teachers and staff to make them aware of the dispensers.
