Job Description

 To act promptly on all the assigned tasks as allocated from L-1

 Preparation of standard / project specific Schedules, Milestones. Monitoring and controlling of projects with respect
to baseline plan. Generation of exception report and catch up plan and generation of MIS to Business team.
 Inter dept. follow ups for trouble shooting of system related hiccups.
 Project Monitoring on daily basis and generation of MIS on daily, weekly and fortnightly basis.
 Coordination with all stakeholders’ viz. Business teams, design & engineering, procurement, contracts, execution,
commercial etc.
 PROCESS review of all the lag work as deemed necessary to shape a Project Plan and monitoring and controlling.

 Maintain a cordial n communicative relations with interdepartmental colleagues facilitating smooth processes.
 Always try to be prompt n diligent in handling/interacting with all stakeholders for meeting the project target timeline,
cost and Scope.
