I. COURSE OUTCOMES:

Upon completion of this course, the students must have:

4.identified the postural deviations and their effects to body movement;

7.designed simple exercise programs that suit their needs;

Legal Basis of Physical Education


Philippine Constitution of 1987 Art. 14 Sec 19 states that 1.) The state sall promote physical
education
And encourage sports programs, league competitons, and amateur sports, including training for
international competitions, to foster self-discipline, teamwork, and excellence for develoment of a
healhy and alert citenzry. 2.) All educational institutions shall undertake regular sports activities
throughout the country in cooperation with athletic clubs and other sectors.
