Equality is the main issue especially in the present time, men and women should
be classified as equal beings. Not as men being the dominant and female is being
the submissive. But what should we do as youth to influence others, especially the
new generation that both men and women are equal. What should we do to
advocate for people?

In the ancient times people tended to discriminate against women, indicating that
women are fragile and weak, while men are stronger than women or better than
women. That women should stay in the house and do chores instead of working, that
women are not capable of doing anything that they are not smart or educated. But
nowadays women prove that they can do anything a man can do. In this generation
women can be whoever they’ve wanted them to be like to be a doctor, lawyer, and
even teacher etc.. According to Mahbub (2021). Women empowerment is about
women on how they should classify themselves or should they see themselves as a
strong and independent people, and they also have more potential than men. It is
also indicated on this paper that if women are more confident or free, then our world
or our economy would be more fruitful and more beneficial. Also based on this article
the importance of this research paper is to advocate that people should take women
seriously, because women are decisive and more educational nowadays (i am not
saying that men are uneducated.) And that without women our world would cease to
exist. With women empowerment women are also protecting themselves. Women
should also respect men so that men can respect women.
