Before were going to proceed to our discussion
I want everyone to cooperate during our
activity.

Okay so I will group you into 6 for our
activity. I have here some envelope and inside
of these envelopes are some picture and words,
your task is to assemble all the cut photos
inside. I will be giving you 5 minutes to
assemble and place your activity here in front.

Okay I need one representative every group to
explain and determine what type of photos you
assemble. Okay may I call in group one, to be
followed by the group 2,3 and lastly group 4.

Very Good. Lets give them a Donisia Clap.
Chess. Based on the picture it can be
played with a pair of player. Every player
has its own place whether in black or in
white section of the board.

Dominos. It is a type of game that is
involve with Math. It is composed of dots
from 1 to 6.

It is a game called snake and ladder.

Our topic for this morning is all about Indoor
Recreational Activities (Scrabble). But before
we proceed to our discussion. Ms. kindly read
the Objectives

Our topic for today is all about Indoor
Recreational Activities.
At the end of the lesson the students are

So now in your opinion what is an Indoor
Recreational Activities?
Indoor recreational activities are
commonly played inside a room which
the players involved can learn and have
fun while playing.
Very Good. Indoor activities are carried out
inside a space. They are limited to the
conditions of the place where they are held, to
the number of people participating in the
activities, among other factors.

Indoor activities or things are ones that
happen or are used inside a building,
rather than outside.
Here are some activities belongs to Indoor
Recreational Activities. Example of these are
some board games. Can you give me some
examples of board games?
The example of board games are Chess,
Scrabble and Domino.

So now we are going to talk one of the activity
that can be played indoor called “Scrabble”.
In your own opinion what is a scrabble?

A scrabble ma’am is composed of letters

where you can use to form a word.

Scrabble a board-and-tile game in which

two to four players compete in forming
words with lettered tiles on a 225-square
board; words spelled out by letters on the
tiles interlock like words in a crossword
puzzle.
The basic objective of Scrabble is to play
tiles marked with letters on a 15x15 grid
to form words. This game was first
developed by an architect in 1938, Alfred
Mosher Butts.After the initial word is
played, players take turns adding words
Okay so when we talk about scrabble it is to existing letters.

form a word and in every letters there’s a
corresponding number or points and on the
board as you can see there’s a lot of special
boxes written and says 2x or double the points
of that tile.
So this is an example of Scrabble.

strangers. This is a really fun and
competitive game. This game provides you

you do not win the game you will
definitely derive a sense of confidence.

out the creativity in the player.

F. Application
So now I will group you and each group
should consists of 8 members. We will going
to test your ability in constructing words by
playing the board game “Scrabble”

Okay so now go to your group. And you are
all 8 members in each group so now the first 4
will play the game first and the rest will tally
the scores and if the game ended, the second 4
will play the game and the rest will tally the
score. Is that clear?
