Volleyball is a team sport in
which two teams of six players are separated by a net. What is Volleyball? Volleyball was invented by William G. Morgan, a physical education instructor from Massachusetts, United States. In 1895, Morgan created a new game called "Mintonette", which was designed to be a less physically demanding alternative to basketball. Over time, the rules and equipment of the game were refined, and volleyball evolved into the popular sport that it is today. What is Volleyball?
Each team tries to score

Alyssa Caymo Valdez Alyssa Valdez is a Filipino volleyball player who currently plays for the Creamline Cool Smashers. She was a member of the collegiate varsity women's volleyball team of Ateneo de Manila University in both indoor and beach volleyball. She was most outstanding as an indoor volleyball player where she brought multiple championship titles and a lot of honor for the university. She is a current member of Philippines national team. Her global recognition paved the way for her to play in other countries like Thailand for 3BB Nakornnont and Taiwan for Attack Line Volleyball Club. How do you play the game of volleyball? -The object of volleyball is to hit the volleyball over the net (by only using your hands) running to get it to bounce in your opponents half. The opposing team have to try and prevent the ball from bouncing before returning the ball. what are common mistakes in volleyball? - Volleyball mistakes result in a point for the opponent example of violations in volleyball are multiple contacts by single opponent carrying the ball, and touching the net. - They do this in one of two ways. If your team
sends the ball over the net and the defending team fail to return the ball, you score a point. You can also win a point if the other team hit the ball out of the designated court boundary. - point will be scored on each rally. if the receiving team wins the rally the score of point and gain the serve. - rules for rally scoring: a game consists of one team scoring a total of 25 (winning team must have at least a two-point advance with a cap of 27) RALLY SYSTEM - If the serving team wins a rally, it scores a point and continues to serve. If the receiving team wins a rally,it scorea a point and gains the right to serve. This is called the "rally system" of scoring. Previously, a team could only win a point if it served the ball.
