Good morning ma’am First of all I just want to say thank you for

giving me this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is

Alexandra Sophia Velasco. I am currently a first year college
student at the University of Baguio taking a Bachelor of Science in
Hospitality Management with specialization of Professional
Culinary Arts. And I am here applying for the position of Assistant
Chef. Now, let’s talk about why you should hire me. I have
experience working as a branch cashier in CSI Mall in Lingayen, I
also have experience in working at the Bureau of Fire Protection,
and I have worked as a SPES in Baguio City Police Office and
Councilors Office. Another aspect of why you should hire me is
because of my skills. And these are my skills, I have experience
in kitchen operations. I have passion for food, I have baking and
broiling skills, I also have the knowledge in budgeting the money
which can help us align our spending with our priorities. I also
have the cleaning and sanitizing skills and I have the ability to
work with and around other people. I am keen to improve my
skills by learning new things. So I really hope that your restaurant
can give me a chance to improve myself and also my skills. This
