Hi my name is shirley ,from hongkong . im a cookery student at frontier

. i have a express an interest in work placement assiment in your shop.

There are 2 reason for that , the importance one is im really interest in

cookery and pastry . I couldn't cook before I came to Australia and my

cooking skills were close to zero.I have been living in Australia for 3

years, learned cooking from internet. I have showed a strong interest

in cooking and pastry .Usually when im free at home i make different

desserts.(I will show my works in the attachment)

Once my boyfriend took me to your restaurant for lunch . I was

attracted by your lovely desserts, which is an important reason why I

chose to order from you. I want to learn more cooking skills, desserts

and food decoration.Im a studious girl and enjoyed learning different

things to make me value up.I really hope to have the opportunity to

study in your restaurant .Another reason is that your restaurant is a

vegetarian restaurant. I want to know more about the culture of

vegetarians and some knowledge about vegetarianism, because my

boyfriend is a vegetarian and he is also from Taiwan. He likes your

restaurant very much.That's why I pretty want to work at your

restaurant .However, it is necessary to let you know my situation. I

have no experience working in a restaurant kitchen, and I am a pretty

new in kitchen. Moreover, my English level is not really well , but I

work with enthusiasm and be willing to learn .I sincerely hope that you

can give me this opportunity to study, and I really look forward to

working there.
