1. Physical work must start within

3. Duration of works: From the date of commencement ( As required)
4. All kinds of Material supply by Nikhat ( Tech Ven will supply above materials which mention in BOQ)
5. Water and electricity arrange by Tech Ven construction and labour accommodation arrange by
Subcontractor
6. All kind of Local and Political Issues manage by Subcontractor.
7. All kind of Construction Equipment provide by Subcontractor
8. Subcontractor must have to work under supervision and instruction of Project engineer.
9. Works would be maintain as per site requirement from Project Engineer.
10. The quantity will be varied as per requirement and physical work done at site instructed by the Project
Engineer
11. Quality of work would be as per specification of DPDC, TBEA and Consultant.
12. Subcontractor must complete all works according to attached BOQ and Drawing without any variation of
contract price. If any change the quantity from the drawing that quantity and price will finalize by mutual
negotiation.
13. Subcontractor are responsible to confirm the proper work of construction. Without confirming proper work
your security money will be withhold and non-refundable.
14. Subcontractor are responsible to arrange work at site and Supply equipment at your own responsibilities.
15. Subcontractor must follow the construction law as per construction law of Tech Ven Construction.
16. Subcontractor are responsible to confirm the safety and security at construction site and construction
peoples during the construction period. Tech Ven will not take any sort of responsibility in this regard.
17. Low quality equipment’s will not be accepted. All equipment’s must satisfy the standards & code and
approved by the Engineer of Tech Ven Construction.
18. Payment mode will be negotiable with subcontractor and Tech Ven Construction. And full payment will be
pay 10 days of completion.
19. Responsibility of any unspecified work belongs to Subcontractor in that case he should rectify the work as
per specification.
