Background of the Learners ● Most students come from average socio-economic status; with average to high
intelligence
● Most learners like visuals, demonstration and working individually and
● Most students have access to the internet at home; most have smartphones, laptops
and desktop.
I. Objectives

The learners demonstrate understanding of: demonstrates understanding of lifestyle and weight management to promote societal fitness

The learners transfer learning by: maintains an active lifestyle to influence the physical activity participation of the community and society
practices healthy eating habits that support an active lifestyle
C. Learning Competencies
The Learner engages in moderate to vigorous physical activities for at least 60 minutes a day in and out of school.
D. Learning Outcomes
After the discussion, all students must be able to:
1. understand the history and rules of basketball
2. illustrate the basic skills of basketball, and;
3. create 1 set of exercise that is good for basketball.
