    PAYMENT TERMS

    1. Submittal of Billing/Invoice every end of the week


    2. Payment Terms : 30 days

    Terms and Conditions:


    a.) Operation hours will be from Monday to Saturday maximum of 8 hours.
    b.) OVERTIME CHARGES : where equipment is operated in excess of the above stated hourly maxima,
    such excess shall be charge at per hour rate stated above
    c.) Diesel of the equipment must be provided by the client.
    d.) No Operation on Sunday except upon clients request.
    e.) Standby time will not be charged on client if there will be no operation due to natural phenomenon
    e.a heavy rain and etc.
