6. Calculation of Wire Size:

a. Cross Sectional Area of Wire (𝑞𝑤 )

𝑑𝑤(𝑡)𝑠𝑝𝑙𝑖𝑡 = 0.9 𝑚𝑚 (𝑖𝑛 𝑈𝑠𝑒)

7. Wire Size:
Diameter of bobbin PQ3535 (Dbob) = 17 mm = 1.7 cm

Circumference of bobbin (Kbob) = 𝜋 × 𝐷𝑏𝑜𝑏

Total Wire Lenght = 𝑛(𝑤𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔) × 𝐾𝑏𝑜𝑏 × ∑ 𝑠𝑝𝑙𝑖𝑡 + 40% × (𝑛(𝑤𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔) × 𝐾𝑏𝑜𝑏 × ∑ 𝑠𝑝𝑙𝑖𝑡)

Circumference of bobbin (Kbob) = 3.14 × 1.7 = 5.34

Total Wire Lenght = 26 × 5.34 × 4 + 40% × (26 × 5.34 × 4) = 122.91
= 555,36 + 222,144 = 777,504 𝑐𝑚
