Simple is a consumer goods brand that produces a wide range of chemical free
skincare products, particularly for people living in busy cities like Lagos Nigeria
with sensitive skin. Their products range from sunscreens, body washes, to body
lotions, and face creams and can be found mainly in supermarkets and stores
within Lagos.
Simple products have no chemicals, or fragrance that could irritate the skin,
making it suitable for people of all ages, but mostly for middle aged adults who
are most prone to skin related issues from sun exposure.
I would say that Simple focuses on people who are more inclined towards natural
and organic cosmetic products, and consider price and brand trust from reviews
while purchasing beauty/skincare products, they also target individuals who
prefer buying products in stores and supermarkets, that way they are able to see
the details/ingredients in each product before purchase.
They also understand that people who have sensitive skin are Interested in skin
care products with labels such as "all natural, paraben free, not tested on animals,
cruelty-free, and sulphate free, and you can see these clearly on all their product
packaging.
Simple products typically last for a month, so their target would be people who
use skincare products daily, meaning they have to restock at the end of the
month.
