PHYSICAL EDUCATION SHOULDN´T BE OPTIONAL

The most important thing about why physical education should be compulsory
in schools is that physical activity should be promoted from the time children are
young.
It is true that it should be done in a motivational and interactive way to influence
them outside the classroom, besides, most of these children have hyperactivity,
and in the other classes they are sitting all the time, without any mobility.
We have to remember that many children do not have the motivation to do
physical education outside the classroom, because in their homes they have the
necessary technology such as television or mobile phones from a very young
age, which does not give them the motivation to go out and do sport.
Physical education also teaches them to have a healthier lifestyle, and therefore
to eat better. Many of you will surely remember the food pyramid that we were
taught as children, and which we now take into account as adults.
According to a study by the University of Barcelona, based on an exploratory
design using field notes, video and voice recordings of the dialogues between
the teacher and the children to collect the corresponding information, four and
five year old have demonstrated physical education as a place to play and have
fun.
EDUCATIONAL SHOULD BE AVAILABLE AS HOMESCHOOLING
TO EVERYONE
Homeschooling is increasing over the years because technologies are
advancing every day. Our generation has grown up with technology and many
people now have technological means at home.

There is the possibility of personalising learning, giving the student a flexible

education that adapts to their characteristics and interests.

The learning system can be modified or adapted on the fly according to the
results obtained. Teachers are not usually able to dedicate extra time to some
children with difficulties, as they teach all pupils equally.

Homeschooling does not always mean being locked up at home. Not being in a
school for so many hours allows the child to learn to be in contact with people of
different ages and realities from a very young age.

Students' own interests and initiative are encouraged: it is common for students
to be able to choose which subjects to study and organise their own projects to
learn them, without being influenced by teachers.
