WHEREAS the said attorney is fully authorized person to execute the all
documents for freehold and Conveyance Deed papers on our behalf in concerned Delhi
Development Authority. So, the executant has authorized her Special Power of
Attorney to sign the said Conveyance Deed papers and collect the above said
documents after execution from Delhi Development Authority.

WHEREAS the said attorney is fully authorized person to execute the

Conveyance Deed papers on our behalf in concerned Sub-Registrar, Delhi. So, the
executant has authorized her Special Power of Attorney to sign and registered the said
Conveyance Deed papers and collect the above said documents after registration from
Sub-Registrar, Delhi.

AND We, the Executant, do hereby Specifically mention that the acts, deeds and
things done or got done by me attorney, by virtue of this Special Power of Attorney, in
respect of our said property, be constructed as acts, deeds and things, done by us.
