Week 8
Technology Enhanced Lesson Using ASSURE as Technology Integration Model
(Eunice Reyes, Johanna Paula Singson)

1. Teachers can utilize the ASSURE model as a framework or guideline to create

lesson plans that incorporate the usage of technology and media. The ASSURE
Model puts the student and the total results of achieving learning objectives front
and center. The ADDIE general concept has evolved into the ASSURE model
through enrichment. This well-known instructional design manual applies the
constructivist viewpoint and incorporates multimedia and technology to improve
the learning environment.
2. The ASSURE model is preferred by teachers because it is created to be used for
just a few hours of education and for every single student. A skilled teacher can
make decisions about content, effective teaching methods, and delivery format
with ease, which is the fundamental distinction between them and inexperienced
educators. The ASSURE model offers new instructors a broad road map to follow
so they can think more like seasoned educators.
3. Consider adopting a highly exciting instructional strategy, such as a dramatic DVD
or a simulation game, if student apathy toward the subject matter is an issue. Some
learners may require more immediate, tangible types of encounters when they
initially explore a new conceptual domain.
4. Most objectives contain of four (4) parts. These are: who your learners are;
behavior to be demonstrated; conditions under which the behavior will be
observed; and the degree to which the learned skills are to be mastered.

and portals have become increasingly well-liked and helpful for both students and
teachers who wish to engage in and experiment with technology-based teaching
and learning. Additionally, it might be beneficial for them to grow in their ability to
collaborate with others both within and outside of the classroom.
2. Web portals called "educational portals" are made to help users find and access
online materials that support educational goals. These resources might include
files with information offered for particular educational exercises as well as links
that can be searched for or found on web pages. These portals are created as
accessible public gateways for users. Additionally, educational portals allow users
to set up accounts so they may access the sites privately, increasing security and
ensuring that only you, the user, has access to them.
