LEVEL 1 LESSON 15

Lesson 11 去过，看过，吃过
没有过 = have not done

我去过中国, 没有去过英国 = I have been to China, not England

Jason 喝过咖啡没有喝过茶。= Jason has had coffee but not tea

Lesson 12 你心情怎么样？= How are you feeling emotionally?

很不好，不好，不太好，还可以，好，很好，太好了。

今天你心情怎么样？= how are you feeling today emotionally?

开心 = happy

高兴 = happy

开心不开心？= happy or not?

认识你很高兴 (rènshì nǐ hěn gāoxìng) = Nice to meet you

很高兴认识你 = Nice to meet you

Lesson 13 天气怎么样 = how's the weather

今天天气怎么样？= how's the weather today?

太热了，100 度。= It's too hot, 100 degrees.

是啊，今年 san antonio 夏天很热，没有风 = yeah, this summer in San Antonio is very hot, and no wind.

Lesson 14 洗手间在哪？= where's the bathroom?

上下左右 = up, down, left, right

前后 = front, behind.

旁边 = next to

在你的右边 = it is on your right

Dialogue 1: A: 你去过 Sea World 吗？(nǐ qùguò Sea World ma) =

Have you been to Sea World?

B: 没有去过，Sea World 怎么样？(méiyǒu qùguò, Sea World zěnme yàng)

I have not gone, how is Sea World?

A: 很好,人很多，我们后天去吧。(hěnhǎo, rénhěnduō, wǒmen hòutiān qùba)

It's very good, lots of people, lets go the day after tomorrow.

B: 好啊，后天天气怎么样？(hǎo a, hòutiān tiānqì zěnmeyàng) =

Alright, how is the weather the day after tomorrow?

A: 我上网看看... 后天没有雨，八十五度。

(wǒ shàngwǎng kànkan...hòutiān méiyǒu yǔ bāshíwǔ dù) =

I'm looking online...the day after tomorrow there's not rain, 85 degrees

B: 太好了，不冷也不热。我们几点见面？

(tàihǎole, bùlěng yě búrè. wǒmen jīdiǎn jiànmiàn?) =

That's great, not cold and not hot. What time should we meet?

A: 上午十点半可以吗？(shàngwǔ shídiǎnbàn kěyǐma?)

Is 1030a.m. alright?

B: 可以，在哪见面？(kěyǐ, zài nǎ jiànmiàn)

It's alright, where to meet?

A: 在学校右面的咖啡厅见面吧。(zài xuéxiào yòumiànde kāfēitīng jiànmiànba)

Let's meet in the cafe that is on the right side of the school.

B: 好，我好开心啊，后天见。(hǎo, wǒ hǎo kāixīn a, hòutiānjiàn)

Ok, I'm very happy, see you the day after tomorrow.

Dialogue 2: A:你心情怎么样？ (nǐ xīnqíng zěnmeyàng) =

How are you feeling?

 B: 不太好。。。(bútàihǎo)

Not too good...

A: 怎么了？(zěnmele?)

What happened?

B: 天气很冷，下大雨，很烦。(tiānqì hěnlěng, xiàdàyǔ, hěnfán)

The weather's very cold, rains a lot, very annoying.

A: 不高兴？去旅游吧。

(bù gāoxìng? qù lǚyóuba)

Not happy? Go traveling.

B: 去哪？(qù nǎ?)

Go where?

A: 你去过奥兰多吗？ (nǐ qùguò àolánduō ma?)

Have you been to Orlando?

B: 没去过。那里冬天冷不冷？(méiqùguò. nàlǐ dōngtiān lěngbùlěng?)

I haven't been. The weather there is cold or not?

A: 不冷，奥兰多很好玩，有迪士尼。

(bùlěng, àolánduō hěnhǎowán, yǒu díshìní)

It's not cold, Orlando is very fun, there's Disney.

很好玩 (hěnhǎowán) = very fun

那里 (nàlǐ)= Over there
光阴似箭 (guānyīsìjiàn) = time flies
祝你有个好心情。(zhùnǐ yǒuge hǎo xīnqíng) = hope you feel happy
