ROOFING PROFILES
Superdeck
This is our basic rib-type profile featuring a single ribbed
design which is used in various residential, commercial, and
industrial structures.
RJ Dual Rib-980
The RJ Dual Rib is our rib-type profile which features a twin
ribbed corrugation design. With an effective width of
980mm and the option to add embossed stiffeners, this
profile is best used for large-scale projects.
Triwave
The Triwave is our rib-type profile with a narrower effective
coverage of 760mm. It features a standard rib type
corrugation much like the Superdeck.
Curved Rib
This profile is typically used in warehouses, covered courts,
walkways and awnings. Due to its cured nature, less
framing is needed – saving up to 35% in steel components.
With less lapping, this profile is also less prone to leaks.

Stancor
This profile is our basic corrugated or “wave” type design.
This conventional profile has been used extensively over
the past few decades due to its classic design and flawless
functionality.
Spandrel
The perfect innovation for paneling, sidings, walling, and
ceiling. Available in 6 different designs.

The Stile is our most premium profile. It mimics the classic
Spanish tile-effect while maintaining the durability of steel
roofing. It is the strongest tile-effect profile in the industry,
with 8 grooves per sheet instead of the usual 6.
Tufdeck
The Tufdeck is our state of the art steel decking profile
which serves as a bottom bar reinforcement to form a
composite slab and can be used in both concrete and steel
frame building structures. It boasts of an effective width of
1000mm.

ALUMINUM (55%): Aluminum/zinc alloy coated steel offers excellent barrier protection and galvanic
protection which results in higher corrosion resistance compared to ordinary galvanized steel (Zinc only).

ZINC (43.5%): the Zinc coating allows itself to react first (or to sacrifice itself) against corrosion before
the substrate while the presence of Aluminum provides a barrier between the substrate and the
corrosive elements. The slow reaction rate of aluminum ensures a longer life for the substrate.

SILICON (1.5%): Silicon increases strength and hardness of the base metal and is one of the principal
deoxidizers used to improve steel quality, making it less susceptible to defects, decays or damages.
