Letter confirming the refunding of Ms Mandisa Nango for purchase under FHI360 project

The learner Mandisa Nango who was studied at Buhle under the FHI360 was a recipient of starter
packages for her broiler project as deemed by the MOU that Buhle had with her sponsor FHI360.

As Buhle we supplied her project with a shortage in terms of feed which were due to be delivered.
It was a logistical error and due to that, she had to go and purchase bags of feed out of her own
pocket to feed her chickens.

It was decided with management that she would be refunded for her purchased feed to allow her
to recoup her expenses. She then submitted the proof of purchased feed receipts and we are
requesting that her clam be processed in order to assist her and to recover the relationship that
she and FHI360 have with Buhle.
