Re: 140-4 Pool Equipment Room Repirs

Dear Mr Smith,
After althorough inspection of 140-4 Pool Equipment Room, C.forbes Construction is
pleased to submit this quote to complete the project. Listed below is a detailed scope of the
project.
1. Removel of damage armaflex from all piping where necessary.
2. Remediate exposed piping with acetone. Open doors for proper ventilation.
3. Re-insulate all exposed piping with 2” diameter armaflex tubing.
4. Insulate 2” armaflex tubing with 4” thick friction tape
5. Seal all elbows and joints
6. Clean up work area
Total cost: Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). A down payment of 50% and balance upon
completion.This price is inclusvie of meteriel, Labour and Clean up services.
