This addendum shall be read in conjunction with the above mentioned tender
documents. The corrections in this addendum shall govern.

1. Section 00 54 22 – Unit Price Schedule is amended:

DELETE:

Part B2: New Campground roads 6.0m

wide (Mini Group sites)

ADD:

Part B2: New Campground roads 9.5m

wide (Mini Group sites)

2. Section SP – Special Provisions

DELETE:
Supply and Install Road Control Gates
Supply and Install Double Gate (20’) as per drawings
ADD:
Supply and Install Road Control Gates
Supply and Install Double Gate (27’ 4-1/2”) as per drawings

 Clarifications/Questions:
1. The Pre-Bid meeting and Site Inspection Attendance Roster is Attached as
Attendance Roster

2. Borrow Area is immediately East of Overburden Pile (see Drawing L-101)

3. After use, Borrow area to be brought back to original state (ie flat/slight slope with
topsoil on top)

4. Borrow soils are classified as Sandy Silt. Soils have been very consistent on site
with occasional boulders while excavating/trenching.

5. Substitutions will be accepted (ie. Quad Vault Toilet).

Please follow Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders, Article 23, Product Options
and Substitutions

6. Gravel supplied for Phase 1 & 2 has been from Hopkins Construction (Lacombe) Ltd
pit.

7. Please be aware Reduced Neutral for Electrical wire will not be accepted. All wire
will be full size 4/0 neutral as per the drawings.
