Pier Qualifications

Archer Western Construction, LLC (AWC) reviewed this submittal for conformance with the
applicable contract documents for purposes of assisting the subcontractor; In no way does
AWCs review for conformance relieve the subcontractor from any of its obligations
pursuant to its contract with AWC or any other contract documents. AWC shall not provide
subcontractor a waiver for taking field measurements on the basis of AWC’s review for
conformance, nor does AWCs review for conformance guarantee such measurements for
subcontractors. Subcontractor stipulates that it has not relied upon AWC's review for
conformance and it shall be responsible for obtaining its own field measurements or any
other necessary measurements. AWC shall not grant subcontractor a time extension due
to subcontractor's refusal or failure to meet the above stated requirements.

GFF & 5G Studio

Auger Drilling has been requested to submit evidence of jobs completed that match or exceed the scope of the
Maple Terrace Project. Auger Drilling has been in business since 1995 in the foundation pier drilling industry and is
currently running 18 drilling rigs in our fleet. We have the capacity to drill piers from 12” dia up to 120” dia and
depths up to 120’ in any soil conditions in North Texas. We also have a specialty Kelly Bar for our SoilMec SR45
that will go to 200’ under specific conditions. We have a large inventory of tools and casing to support our
equipment to allow work on multiple large projects at the same time.

Short List of jobs completed and contact

Lithko Walmart DFW5 – 895 cased piers ranging from 18” to 42” dia – case 40’ long and penetration depths
between 3 to 10’- Completed 8/16/21, Lancaster TX.
Contact Doug Nealiegh – 513-200-2704 VP Operations

DPR Equinix Data Center – Oak Lawn and 35E, Dallas TX – 36” through 60” cased piers using 70’ long casing
with penetration up to 65’ deep for a total depth of 135’ deep. Use of a vibro hammer to set and extract casing – 101
piers total, completed 5/17/2019
