Absent on the day of an assessment task:

In the event that a student was absent on the day of an assessment task, the first thing the school
will do is to establish if the student was absent for a valid reason. If the student’s absence was not
for a valid reason, the matter will be referred to the Head of Department and Welfare, and the
student will be penalised. Students must remember that it is their responsibility to contact the
school, provide a medical certificate and find out the course of action to be taken to ensure they
are not penalised.

Please Note:
Print quality is important and should be of professional quality. Printer failure will not be
accepted as an excuse for lateness so print well in advance. All work should be clearly labelled
with your full name, class and submitted to your Visual Design Teacher during class.
