1. Community
2. Community Engagement
Being active in the society you are part of is what I mean by community engagement. It
means organizing, working with others, or taking part in whatever activity the community
conducts. Mutual decision-making is how community participation expresses its meaning. To
develop and realize sustainable visions for the future of the community, people, governments,
and organizations collaborate. It promises to better include the community in decision-making
for the public good. Hence, it is a mindset that emphasizes the value of community members'
lived experience in influencing relationships between governmental institutions and
communities, as well as a strategy that directs those interactions.
3. Community Dynamics
The Community Dynamics data can influence decisions about whether services are
provided in certain neighborhoods by revealing important information about how people feel
about where they live. The Community Dynamics data reveals areas that rank highly for local
social interactions, sense of contentment, and sense of belonging.
4. Community Action
In my own point of view, Any activity that fosters a greater sense of community
awareness, participation, and empowerment in the planning and provision of neighborhood
services is referred to as community action. It also goes by the names "social action" and
"community participation," and it encompasses a wide variety of activities. The goal, the
community's involvement, the kinds of activities that are involved, the size, and the integration
of these activities inside the council can all differ. The fact that more local residents are involved
in the conception, creation, and provision of local services is what unites them.
I visualized the key residents of the community as I conducted a mental tour of it,
preferably a poor community. In addition to the community's inhabitants, it also includes
prominent individuals like the Mayor, Vice Mayor, a group of Sangguniang Bayan members, and
the specific Chairmen of each barangay. No matter the size or age of a community, its powerful
members—elected officials, economic leaders, religious figures, or even regular citizens—have a
significant impact on the choices that are made and the course of events. When we refer to
influential individuals, we mean those members of our community whose viewpoints are
cherished, whose ideas are respected, and whose assistance is nearly always required to achieve
any significant changes. An influential person can be someone who the community looks up to
and respects, such as the shop owner of a well-liked neighborhood restaurant or a young mother
whose activism has won the support of her community. They can also be a formal leader like a
city commissioner or a well-respected minister. They have an impact on local residents in such a
way that they aid in resolving particular issues the community is facing. Powerful individuals
might have access to resources like personnel, space, equipment, etc. that they might not
otherwise have. Also, they could be able to garner community support, acceptance, and
engagement for their efforts. In my mental tour, these powerful community members would
undoubtedly uplift the underprivileged neighborhood; they may even be the causes of its major
positive development.

1. Lifestyle:
My community
The people living in my community has the simplest lifestyle. They are also physically active as I
always notice most of them walking around in the morning or sometimes jog. I find my community
peaceful and quiet since I only seldomly heard chaos in here.

My community
Here in our community, some grocery shops also offer to deliver it right to our doorsteps. As
years went by, changes were made, a lot of restaurants, milktea and coffee shops were built which made
our Municipality a progressive one. We also do have basketball, badminton, volleyball, tennis courts
which were most visited by teens.

We have many churches here: the main church and also some satellite churches in each
barangays. With regards to schools, we also have one in the central part of our Municipality and we also
have integrated schools for some of the distant remote areas out there. Everything is accessible down to
markets as there are also numerous “Sari-Sari store” in different areas. We also have hospitals here which
somehow having complete facilities..
4. Security
My community:
I find it safe in here. We have low crime rates and CCTV cameras are also built in anywhere. Our
Police officers and also our Disaster Risk Reduction Management officers are one call away.
